Grew up in Virginia. I like listening to ted talks and watching motivational/self improvement and home decor videos. I like museums and discovering new places. Am into the outdoors (not a tree hugger! But a picnic sounds nice :) and would love to travel and explore more places. I enjoy a good laugh with friends but also appreciate intellectual conversations just as much. I really like attending lectures, conferences and doing volunteer work. For me the rituals in islam are important but I feel like it's the connection you have with your Creator thats the key to your deen. I feel like giving back to the community is really important and I feel like we really need to spend our limited time on this earth doing what we can for our akhira but at the same time put aside time to have fun n really enjoy life.
