I enjoy life but try to remind myself of death and beyond often. There is nothing more important to me than trying to live to please Allah, no matter how often I stumble along the way. I spend my days teaching Arabic and Islamic studies locally, as well as online. I enjoy learning, sometimes formally in group settings, sometimes independently. I hang out with my daughter and family, and try to have dinner with my parents a few nights every week. I occasionally go out with friends. Please note: I'd like to keep initial conversations on this platform unless/until basic compatibility and feasibility are established. After that, I'm happy to move off here, with one of my mahrams in the loop in shaa Allah.

Someone who: ✔️ Loves Allah and His Messenger ✔️ is kind ✔️ is responsible Has a good idea of who he is, what he wants, and what marriage requires of him. He enjoys the good of this world but doesn't let it drive or rule him. He is already on a dedicated path of working to attain Jannah for himself. He is prepared to lead by being assertive and decisive when required. Manages his anger appropriately. Learning is important to him. He enjoys having intelligent conversation, is mature enough to handle that I was previously married and am a mother. Great if he likes hiking. He's not super serious and happy to remind me to take a chill pill sometimes.
