Long-Term Goals: My long-term goal is to attain a managerial position in my work area. I aspire to lead and guide a team of employees, providing them with the necessary support to excel in their professional lives. By assuming a managerial role, I aim to contribute to the growth and success of the organization, while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Short-Term Goals: In the short term, my primary focus is to strive for excellence in everything I do. I am determined to refine my existing skills and acquire new ones that are vital to my field. By actively seeking opportunities to learn and grow, I aim to stay ahead of the curve and enhance my proficiency in my chosen area of expertise. To achieve my short-term goals, I will: 1. Engage in continuous learning: I will actively seek out educational resources, such as workshops, seminars, and online courses, to expand my knowledge base. By staying abreast of the latest trends and developments in my field, I can adapt and apply new techniques and strategies to my work. 2. Seek feedback and mentorship: I will proactively seek feedback from colleagues, supervisors, and mentors to identify areas for improvement. Constructive criticism will help me understand my strengths and weaknesses, allowing me to focus my efforts on honing my skills effectively. 3. Set specific and measurable targets: I will establish concrete goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART). This approach will enable me to track my progress and maintain a sense of direction, ensuring that I stay motivated and focused on my short-term objectives. 4. Network and collaborate: Building professional relationships and engaging in collaborative endeavors with like-minded individuals in my field will provide valuable insights and opportunities for growth. By actively participating in industry events and connecting with professionals through networking platforms, I can broaden my horizons and learn from the experiences of others. 5. Embrace challenges and take initiative: I will proactively seek out challenging assignments and opportunities to showcase my abilities. By volunteering for new projects or taking on additional responsibilities, I can stretch my skill set and demonstrate my dedication to personal and professional growth. By pursuing these short-term goals, I am confident that I will acquire the necessary skills and experiences to excel in my field and eventually realize my long-term ambition of assuming a managerial position.

I enjoy watching Islamic lectures on YouTube, particularly those by Dr. Omar Suleiman and Sheikh Assimalhakeem. They are my favorite scholars whom I follow for religious guidance, even though I do not attend Islamic lectures in person.
