 pricking of needles in sleep

Aslamalikum 
  During sleep many times i feel somone pricks needles in my back, now it is in my waist and i used to recite ayatul kursi many times then i wake up, that pain is felt even after waking up. Sometimes i see sea and i am very afraid off. Few days before i saw big rats in my dream  and i crushed one of them between   
Right now i am 43 unmarried when ever any one approaches for marriage just things doesnt work.
Please suggest what it is and what should i do
