Noble titles generates more honour and love between the spouses. Most of the common title I have come across, shared between spouses are ‘Honey’, ‘Darling’ and ‘Sweet Heart’.
One of my relative is bald, when laughed at by his friends, he says - My wife is the crown of my head so I don’t feel the absence of hair.
The Prophet (ﷺ) used to address his wife Aisha (Allah be pleased with her) out of fondness - Aisha, my wife in this world and Hereafter.
